AI first photo
Can I use an AI photo as the first image?
Yes, if it still looks like you and makes the profile easier to understand. No, if it is just the most flattering image while quietly changing your identity.
Rule
The first AI photo must survive a real-life check.
A first photo is a promise. If someone meets you, the photo should feel like a cleaner version of you, not a different man. That means current face, current body, plausible style, and a setting that does not manufacture a fake life.
AI is useful when you can provide 2–4 clear, current face photos that closely match each other and the first-photo look you want, but your profile still lacks a strong opener. If the inputs are old, poorly lit, or mixed, reshoot them first using the current source-photo checklist. AI is risky when it creates attraction by removing too much truth.
Keep
Use the output only if it passes these checks.
- You would be comfortable being recognized from it.
- It matches your real photos, age, body, and style.
- The setting feels plausible for your actual life.
- The rest of the profile supports the same person.
