3. AI Photo Enhancement
By uploading photos to Vibeflirting, you give us explicit consent to:

Important: You confirm that you have the right to upload and modify all photos you submit. Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit permission.

7. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
Photos: 30 days after processing (auto-deleted)
Email & order data: 2 years for customer service
Payment records: As required by tax law (typically 7 years)
Analytics and Meta consent data: 14 months. We retain a minimal one-way hashed Purchase deduplication marker longer so the same Stripe payment can never be counted twice; it contains no email, payment details, or reversible order ID.
You can request immediate deletion at any time (except where legally required to retain).
8. Cookie Policy

Analytics cookies: Google Analytics to understand usage
Meta marketing cookies: Meta Pixel identifiers used to measure Meta ad effectiveness, only after you choose “Allow Meta measurement”
When you allow marketing, Meta Pixel and the server-side Meta Conversions API may receive PageView, package-view, checkout-start, and verified-purchase events. Event data can include the selected package, value, currency, Stripe Checkout Session ID as the order ID, device and browser details, IP address, Meta cookie identifiers, and a one-way hashed email for purchase matching. We do not send uploaded photos to Meta.
You can change or withdraw your Meta measurement choice at any time. Withdrawing revokes the server-side consent marker, stops future Meta events, and removes Meta cookies that Vibeflirting can access. Essential site functions remain available without Meta measurement consent.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only:
