These Terms of Service govern your use of Vibeflirting ("we", "us"). By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vibeflirting. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Vibeflirting generates AI-created dating-profile photos based on the source photos you upload. You choose a package, upload 2–4 closely matched photos of yourself, pick styles, and receive generated photos in your gallery. Generated photos that miss our likeness standard are moved to a separate folder rather than deleted, so you can review everything we produced.
All packages are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout.
Generated photos are typically ready within an hour of your style selection. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; occasional provider delays can extend them.
Because generation is a personalized digital service that begins immediately after your order, all sales are final. By placing an order you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once generation has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
You confirm you have the right to upload every photo you submit and that each photo depicts you. Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit permission. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may use your generated photos for any lawful personal purpose, including dating profiles. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you use them.
You may not use the service to impersonate another real person, to create misleading content about anyone other than yourself, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this section.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular dating outcome, match rate, or third-party platform result. AI generation is inherently variable; package descriptions describe the process and volume of candidates produced.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
